Eisenhower Transition ?

Looking to fly from 06C, Schaumburg east to fly North on the VFR skyline tour/route in Chicago. With the recent airspace changes at MDW are we still able to fly the Eisenhower transition or does anyone have a suggestions on transition to the East from 06C?
